What's a random movie thing that always irks you?

For me, it's blood splatters on the lens. It takes me RIGHT out of the movie. It's sort of a fourth wall break, like it's reminding me that there is a camera there. It makes it way less engaging for me. I'm a big action movie fan, and it's always really disappointing to me when it happens. It's very video-gamey to me. Anyone else have things that frequently pop up in movies that never cease to piss you off?
