So many films attained cult or classic status via home video and TV syndication, are films being discovered on streaming services?

There’s lots of examples of films that were flops but attained classic or cult classic status from home video releases or tv broadcasts.

It’s A Wonderful Life didn’t become a classic until it became a staple on syndication.

Fight club, Donnie darko, and The Big Lebowski all gained huge followings off their home video releases.

Is streaming producing anything similar? Are any under appreciated films that didn’t have blockbuster theatrical performances being “discovered”on streaming services? Is this happening on TikTok?
