Name an actor whose acting you can always 'see'.

If you get my meaning... I don't mean in the superstar sense. Tom Cruise is a mega star but I can still watch a film of his and be lost in it. I mean an actor who I'm just aware they're acting the entire time, not necessarily bad acting, just noticeable (which I suppose is bad.) I get this with DiCaprio and (less so) Bradley Cooper.
