Do you think Jeff Goldblum’s character in Earth Girls are Easy fits the “born sexy yesterday” trope usually given to naive female characters?

I’m rewatching the movie tonight and Mac’s naivety is obvious and I was thinking about those characters who are often naive or a little bit dense but have a lot of sex appeal. Zeebo and Wiploc are the same but they seem a lot more aware than Mac, despite Mac being the more intellectually intelligent one.
