What are some of your favorite mobster/crime movie scenes?

I’m looking for help and inspiration for my Star Wars TTRPG I’m running and would like help because I haven’t seen very many mobster/gang/crime themed movies in general. Just looking for some of the greatest scenes that have happened to roll it over to Star Wars to create awesome moments for my Player Characters.
